Can British expats in Mallorca apply for these subsidies?
Yes. Post-Brexit, British residents in Mallorca (with NIE) qualify under the same conditions as Spanish residents. Non-resident property owners also qualify but receive payment to a Spanish bank account. We handle the entire process in Spanish — you sign digitally from anywhere.
