Energy assessment
We analyse your consumption pattern by time of day. If you mostly use electricity in the evening, a battery makes total sense. We tell you honestly whether you need one or not.
Hybrid photovoltaic systems with safe and durable LFP lithium battery. Use your solar energy at night, protect against power outages and maximise your independence from the grid. From €9,700 for 3 kW + 5 kWh.
A photovoltaic installation with 5 kWh LFP lithium battery in the Balearic Islands starts at €9,700, including 6 LONGi 550W panels, Huawei hybrid inverter, lithium storage and complete installation. It allows 24-hour self-consumption (increases from 30-40% to 75-85%), protects against power outages with the optional Backup Box and is fully compatible with all active tax benefits (IRPF, IBI, ICIO). The future IDAE Balearics call will also be compatible.
Four clear steps from the first call to your battery system installed and producing.
We analyse your consumption pattern by time of day. If you mostly use electricity in the evening, a battery makes total sense. We tell you honestly whether you need one or not.
We size the panels (3-10 kW) and the battery (5-15 kWh) based on your actual consumption. We avoid oversizing — pointless extra cost.
We install LONGi panels, Huawei hybrid inverter and the LFP lithium battery. Optional Backup Box for power outage protection.
We handle the IDAE subsidy (up to 40%) and the IRPF tax deduction. Net cost can drop by 50-60%.
A hybrid solar system intelligently manages the energy flow between panels, battery, home and grid throughout the day.
Panels produce energy that powers the home directly. The excess starts charging the battery from sunrise.
Peak solar generation. Battery reaches full charge (typically by 12:00-14:00). Any surplus is fed to the grid (compensated on your bill).
From sunset onwards, the battery powers the home. The home uses the energy stored during the day, not grid energy.
If the battery runs out (after a cloudy day), the system automatically switches to grid power. No interruption for the user.
Beyond the obvious "use solar at night", a properly sized battery brings tangible advantages.
Without battery: 30-40% self-consumption (only daytime usage). With 5 kWh battery: 75-85% (most of your solar energy stays in your home, not exported to the grid).
Compared to a solar system without battery, the storage system reduces your bill by an additional 30% on average, because you stop buying expensive evening electricity from the grid.
With optional Huawei Backup Box, the system powers essential loads during grid outages — fridge, lighting, Wi-Fi, alarms. Important for rural areas of Mallorca and Ibiza.
Complete packages including panels, hybrid inverter, LFP lithium battery, installation and legalisation.
Ideal for medium-consumption family homes
Net cost with IRPF 40% + IRPF: from €4,000
Add-on to any battery system we install
For homes with existing solar panels
Prices before subsidies. The IDAE subsidy of up to 40% and IRPF deduction can reduce the net cost by 50-60%.
Rural areas of Mallorca and Ibiza experience occasional grid outages, especially during summer storms or high tourist season peaks. A solar system with battery and Backup Box keeps your essential systems running: fridge, freezer, lighting, Wi-Fi, security alarms.
In Spain, grid compensation for excess production is around €0.05/kWh, while you pay €0.20/kWh for consumption. That's a 4x difference. Using your own solar at night via battery saves much more than selling it to the grid by day.
LFP technology is the safest available. Unlike older NMC batteries, LFP has very low thermal runaway risk and contains no cobalt. We install in well-ventilated areas (garage, utility room) following manufacturer specs. Insurance compatible.
LFP batteries we install are warranted for 10 years or 6,000 charge cycles, whichever comes first. In typical home use (one cycle per day), that's 15+ years of useful life with 70%+ capacity retention at end of warranty.
A solar system with battery significantly increases property value, especially in the Balearic Islands premium market. Buyers actively look for energy-independent properties. The investment is recovered both through monthly savings and at resale time.
We only install LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) batteries — safest and longest-lasting technology for home storage. No cobalt, low thermal runaway risk, 6,000+ cycles. We don't cut corners on safety.
Huawei KTL-L1 series hybrid inverters with native battery management and Backup Box compatibility. Spanish technical service guaranteed. We don't use cheaper alternatives that lack proper warranty coverage.
We size the battery based on your real consumption pattern. A 5 kWh battery is enough for most homes. Oversized batteries don't get fully cycled and waste your investment.
Battery systems qualify for the same subsidies as solar-only systems. We handle IRPF deduction (up to 60%) and IBI/ICIO municipal rebates for the complete cost — panels, inverter and battery. When the new IDAE Balearics call opens, we handle that too.
Yes, especially in rural areas with frequent power outages or for properties that consume electricity in the evening. A 5 kWh LFP battery stores excess daytime production for use after sunset, increasing self-consumption from 30-40% to 75-85% and providing backup during outages.
LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) is the safest and longest-lasting lithium battery technology available for home storage. Unlike NMC batteries, LFP doesn't contain cobalt and is virtually immune to thermal runaway. Lifespan is typically 6,000+ cycles or 10-15 years under normal use.
Our standard package is a 3 kW solar system plus 5 kWh LFP battery starting at €9,700, including hybrid inverter, full installation and legalisation. With IRPF tax deduction (20-60%) and municipal IBI rebate, the net cost can drop to around €5,500. When the new IDAE Balearics call opens, this drops further.
Yes, with the optional Huawei Backup Box added to the system. Without it, the battery automatically disconnects from the grid during outages (Spanish safety regulation). With Backup Box, the system can power essential loads during outages — useful for fridges, lighting and Wi-Fi.
Yes, but it requires replacing the current inverter with a hybrid model that supports battery management. We assess your existing installation and propose the most cost-effective upgrade. Typical cost of adding a battery to an existing 3 kW system is around €5,500-€6,000.
Installation of a complete system (panels + inverter + battery) takes 1-2 days. If you're upgrading an existing system to add a battery, the installation typically takes 1 day. Full process from contract to legalised producing system is 4-6 weeks.
Service in Palma, Calvià, Andratx, Pollensa, Manacor, Santanyí. Rural homes often benefit most from battery backup.
